Huge oil leak from front of motor

Could be a variety of things, but have you checked your oil cooler? and appropriate hoses/gaskets? I had a pretty bad leak on my 4.2 C6 and it ended up being a couple of things

These are the causes of mine '07 bank 1 lean and missed fires. Those holds untill 160,000 miles.

Hopefully a resolution... thanks to Raj99 checked out the oil cooler and its leaking from the seal. Failed oil seperator seemingly caused the excess pressure. Alternator failed due to it being soaked in oil, battery is now bad. Going to replace pcv, oil cooler since I have it off for seal, hoses, alternator, belt, and battery. We shall see...

Raj has had a lot of experience with the 4.2. . He knows why I am smiling. But he also knows I miss my old 4.2.
