Is this the same machine as the Meg's or Porter Cable but branded with Griots Logo? Havent looked into them much, the original Meg's seemed to have good reviews, the "updated" one has some negative reviews. Not much experience with buffers, polishers.

they are not the same out of the 3 the griots is the strongest one.

Thanks Phil, may need to enter the orbital polisher world one of these days. Have always waxed my vehicles by hand. Recently tried to get some scratches out of a family members vehicle using a very generic electric buffer. Had to ask myself why did I not try power buffers/polishers sooner!
