It's still money I shouldn't have to spend. I have proposed that they take them before the end of the month and give me a loaner - haven't gotten an answer.

My Q has landed at the port in RI and has cleared customs.. Could still be two weeks before I get it. Thanks to Barry Hoch, Q5/Q7 Audi USA product manager, for looking into the delay!!
