Not a big aftermarket world for the Q7
And this really surprises me, you would expect there to be. Given, most cars that have an extraordinary amount of aftermarket parts are sedans and coupes. But why not SUVs? There are a few aftermarket options for the 07-09 Q7 such as spyder LED tail lights and LED front turn signals. But when it comes to the 2010+ models there really is nothing. Very unfortunate, personally I hate most aftermarket stuff because a lot of it is cheap Chinese junk and "ricerish" but I've seen some aftermarket accessories for other vehicles that I would totally do to my vehicle if I owned that car. For example, I was browsing eBay for C6 A6 parts this morning and stumbled upon DEPO LED facelift style headlights specifically for the prefacelift models that are Xenon. Why doesn't the Q7 have aftermarket options such as these? I was going to Email DEPO earlier to see if they have any plans for the Q7 but I couldn't find their email, I would love it if there was an option for prefacelift Xenon Q7s to have a plug and play facelift style led headlights.. Anyone think more aftermarket stuff will come out for the Q7 as time goes on?

I think tere are 2 reasons
1st. the costs involved in engineering an aftermarket part would not be supported as there just aren't that many Q7's out there.
2nd Audis fanatical position on voiding the warranty if you do any mods to it.

there are plenty of Q7 on the road but the amount of drivers/owners who would modify them is just not to justify the r&d costs.
it isn't just audi... bmw & mb are all over it as well. bmw is more diligent & punitive than audi.

Well you can do a few mods, I did front and rear facelift. All depends what mods you want to do but with the electronics on board, any modification is never plug and play...

i did giac tune and milltek exhaust. woke the q7 up a great deal. i was in talks with awe tuning for a pulley and tune but nothing has come about yet... it is in the works.

again, there are plenty of them on the road but there aren't too many Q7 drivers who modify their vehicles so the market is not there. production numbers do not mean much in the aftermarket world. the tt-rs and rs6 were sold in limited numbers and there is no shortage of aftermarket goodies for either vehicle.
