If you are struggling for odd parts, Rashid at www.q7parts.co.uk may well be able to help.
I believe they will ship to the US but bear in mind, some parts will be RHD specific - so make sure you are careful in what you order.

RHD parts works for us coz in India we are RHD.

That's so cool, I never knew they had this option for the 2nd row. I'd rather have the two chairs than the bench. The middle seat isn't that big anyway so would be better as an arm rest and some cup holders. (Or they could put a fridge in the middle under the arm rest 
)
