Stealership really annoys me...
Dropped off my 2013 TDI for an oil change Saturday and they want to charge me $339 for an oil change. The last 2 years it was $222
Told them I needed ADBLUE and they said it is not free anymore. I will be calling Audiusa today
I guess they are charging me for the Q8 they gave me

Then dont take it to the dealer.. I just did a 20k mile service.. new oil filter/fuel filter/cabin filter/air filter + oil, sucked all the oil out of the dip stick and the oil filter is right there on top.. never crawled under the vehicle, most of the dirt on my hands came from my filthy engine cover.
Cost me $150 using all OEM parts, took about 20mins to change everything out.
If your not going back for Warranty Work, dont go back to a Stealership.. take it to an trusted indy german mechanic.

I totally agree with you. I have a great indy but since I have the limited warranty they have replaced a ton of stuff. Didn't mind the last few years paying more for an oil change and my advisor gives me a good replacement. I guess I'll keep the Q8 for the week. LOL.
Also the ADBLUE is no biggie but its the point

Audi gave em a loophole on the AdBlue, it says in the settlement 'in between normal service service' AdBlue is free.. so apparently what yeh needa do is go in, say you need your AdBlue refilled.. then when they say, okay your vehicle is ready.. tell em your now ready for an oil change and regular service.. loophole their loophole

Wow folks, guess I'm lucky. My local Audi dealer does oil changes on my TDI for about $110. At that price it's not even worth my time to do it myself, since the parts & supplies alone are about the same.

It's also mentioned on page 37 of the SSI guide.
