Default TDI Recall schedule for Monday

Anybody here already had the TDI recall done on your vehicle? If you had, any noticeable changes? Is the Lag still there? Only yesterday my Dealer received the new update software for the vehicle. Thanks

Yes, the lag is still, is your TDI version with adblue?

So my 2014 was done on DEC 18th but with 23V5, Now i hear there is 23Z9 and I am yet to get a notification. Not sure if mine is up to date or needs another one. Being done so recently, is there any way to tell by looking at the parts? I hear they change the downpipe and DPF.

Had mine done today. So far everything seems the same except the engine stuffer at 1500 rpm on slow takeoffs. It was intermittent so I’ll keep driving it and let you know.

or maybe “stutter”
Thanks for the report. Have not scheduled ours for 23ZN yet. Told my SA that I didn’t want to be first. Will watch here for reports.
FWIW ours did display a MIL and record the catalyst performance error code a couple of months back. I cleared with VCDS and it never returned. This update is supposed to correct this false error indication and to correct that light throttle stutter. Hope so.

Yes it is the AdBlue version. It shifts a little different. It holds longer between gears with a higher RPM.
