I have seen years ago that this product achieved best in test for petrol engines with turbo (1,8T) and so far I have not heard any negative information of this product.
The advantage in my opinion is that you don't have to do anything physically to your car to tune the engine, and you can change between origiginal and optimized program via the PPC unit as often as you want.
My only concern is the increased torque to the tiptronic gearbox, and my wonder if it will stand this increased torque.
I know this was a problem with the tiptronic for the Allroad with 2,5 TDI, and BSR simply did not offer the PPC option for this car.
Have anybody heard of problems with the tiptronic due to tuning of the engine, and the increased torque for the Q7 3.0 TDI?
The best remap will up your 3.0 to 290 and 583

I will look arround where to buy this product for the best price.I have seen on other forums that newer Audis hava a "map counter" that counts how many times the car have been re-maped. In this way, the dealer can check wether the car have been re-programmed or not. Any information on this? If the number is different from what they have in their history, they can detect wether it's been tuned or not.
Here is a typical site. They reset the counter at time of flash.
