When is a facelifted q7 coming?

It will have front lights with LEDs similar to the new Q5. Also, expect more LEDs at the back. If they become a straight swap for our current lights we'll be laughing but poorer. Unfortunately, the panels may change around the lights slightly and prevent any personal updates and guaranteeing extra new car sales. Maybe a twin turbo 3 litre diesel to keep up with the X5?

I expect more of a "butt lifting". Dont they usually do it in a 5th year of production?

If they facelift, I hope, they add the amazing DRL LEDs, especially on the TDI
