Not the premium plus. Only prestige comes with Bose.

Maybe I'm confused. Are you asking how much it would cost to upgrade the system on a used 2017 Q7? If so, its not the $1,100 quoted here, but likely a lot more.
The cost of the option applies when ordering new, and the 2018 are being ordered right now

Not sure if it's even possible. (Well, anything is possible it's just a matter of time, effort and money). You may need entirely different wiring harness along with all of Bose components - multiple control modules, amplifier, sub-woofer, speakers, interior trims, etc. It looks like an extensive interior tear-down to get to everything. This looks like substantially more than $1,100 that Audi charges for order upgrade.

Dont bother. Sell your Q7 and buy one with the Bose. It may be cheaper and easier to do this

That sounds a bit extreme, although I thought about swapping mine when I realized I didn't get 4-zone climate--
I don't know if it's possible due to MMI limitations- but for the amount of money he would be losing by selling & buying another one, he can get a really nicer sound system installed, or at least upgrade the speakers, drop a dual subs in the back and maybe add micro flush or grill/surface mount tweeters to the front, could be possible to improve the sound, and to be honest Bose 3D is not really all that great, definitely not $1100 great on top of stock system. It sounds descent, but it's not really something I would sell a car to get.
