22" setup?

I pulled the trigger and ordered the 10.5X22 +25 offset Blaque Diamond BD11's with Pirelli Scorpion 305/35/22 tires from www.getyourwheels.com(thanks dwq74m). I was going to order the Vossen CVT's but with the exchange rate they were just too expensive. Sorry for the glare, I just coated the car with a CQuartz ceramic coating.

Looks good! Very nice. How the 305’s working out for you? No rub? Let me know as I’m thinking about going to those on the next set. Glad the purchase worked out for you.

No rubbing issues so far. The one problem I ran into was that the studs that came with the wheels were too long for the rear wheels so my options were 1.) Ordering new chrome studs or 2.) Cutting a few mm off of the black studs. After and exhausting search for shorter black wheel studs with no luck I had to cut the ends off of the studs that were sent.

My Setup
2017 Audi Q7 Prestige
My personally designed VIPMODULAR wheels.
22x10
Rear wheels have a larger offset for that deeper look.
The color is Cognac with Chrome lips to match the leather interior.
I had to measure the calipers and hub on the rotors because at the time no wheel company had specs on the new Audi. I’m running 285/35-22 Continental ExtremeContact DWS06.
The tires are the exact same height of the stock 20” with acceptional road noise.

295/40/22 on 22x10.5
... anyone on this combo? I'm just throwing it out there🤔. I'm on 285/45/21 21x9.5 , runs great, plush,etc... But just looking at the wheel wells and car overall, I think it would look better with bigger, wider tires.
Tirewise there is a Dimax(so-so), but a Conti 5 Contisilent in 295/40/22 sounds very appealing 👍. And I think this big would do justice to a big vehicle such as the 7.
also, choice of wheels, at a very low price point(200$+) makes it very interesting. Not big names, but very interesting designs on Ebay.
so I'm willing to trade a bit of comfort for more muscular looks.
Thanks,
Cheers,
Bob

So I went to my tire guy today and we looked at several 22" options. Looks like 295/40/22s they're too big and would not fit without rubbing, even spaced out. On a 22x10.5 setup they'll stick out too much, maybe gender flares would mark that (or a widebodykit. . ?).
only concern is that running on 35 was would not be to my liking, as I got used with the very soft and cushy ride I get from the current 285/45/21 setup.
any thoughts?
