The cabin filter was toast after 1.5 yrs and 14k miles
The engine air filter and housing had so much small granules of sand mixed with leaves - this is 2 yrs and 18k miles
when removing the engine air filter ignore the YouTube video - you don’t need to disconnect any hoses at all - just remove the screw on top completely - I made the mistake of thinking I just needed to loosen it
