Audi Connect not Connecting
I have 2017 Premium plus. I have had the car for about a month and was previously able to use the remote lock/unlock, vehicle status report and car finder. None of those items are working now. I've tried in the app and the website. Car finder and the vehicle status report hasn't updated since 7/20 at 5:32. When I try to lock/unlock, after I enter my pin i eventually get a "technical error has occurred" message. I've tried logging in and out via the MMI in the vehicle. Audi Connect appears to have a connection because it can get updated news and weather. I'm still pretty new to the car so before I contact the dealer, I wanted to see if there was something obvious I was missing. Thank you.

As a follow up to my original post, i tried to synchronize vehicle data on the Audi connect website and I get a message saying the link to the vehicle cannot be established at this point in time.

I had the same issue. Dealer had to replace a computer module and reset my account which apparently couldn't use the same email address. It was a massive pain in the rear end and the system still doesn't work perfectly. Supposedly audi is working on it.

I have 2017 Q7 for almost a year. Had some issues with Audi Connect - I resolved with reactivating from new.
I often notice random glitches, but assume "it's OK" since the car is all wired up and something is surely due to fail (I'm techy, so just being realistic) but recently my Audi Connect started giving me issue again. Not sure if it's related, the bluetooth intermittently stops working, and so does the Wi-Fi. I know its not an issue with the phone - tested other devices, as well as the phone; I often have to reset the MMI just for a chance to kick it back on.
Dealers tend to escape any real questions real simple - the sale is done.
Nevertheless, I love the truck, performance is as expected - so is the gas consumption.
