Thanks for posting.... I see that C&D also experienced the tires wearing unevenly.. C&D also mentioned that; "Multiple drivers reported that the MMI screen would power off, retract into the dash, reboot itself, and then rise back up from the dash as if nothing had happened"

Maybe I missed it (since I haven't read every page in the Q7 forum LOL), but I don't remember reading about anyone experiencing this.

Vehicles with lane assist are supposed to have the cameras re-aligned as part of a wheel alignment too. No first hand experience but have heard reports that may add hours to the labor.

$536 for the $.05 piece of plastic that the visor clips into? Also, C&D is right on about the tire wear. The tires on our Q7 started feathering at 2,000 miles. Dealership rotated the tires and performed an 4 wheel alignment. The report came back that the vehicle was within the alignment specs from the factory, so no adjustment. Now all four tires are heavily feathering on the outside tread. The road noise from the tires is almost unbearable.

I'm guessing you have the 21" summer tires.

What's your tire pressure? Reading threads and someone said low tire pressure could cause the tire feathering like your case.

I have 10,800 on my 20" tires and I'm running exactly what is says on the door for tire pressure, I think it was 32F, 36R and my tires look like new still. I have the GoodYears though.
