Car Play - Euro Delivery
I am headed to Germany on May 11th to pick up new Q7. If I were to take an unlocked iphone and purchase a sim card in Germany, would I be able to use Carplay for navigation while I am in Europe?

Yes, that should work. Car Play is essentially just a dumbed down external display for your phone, so if your phone is working and has data in Germany, then you can use Apple Maps to navigate through Car Play. But yes, Audi will also give you a Garmin to use during your trip.
