Thanks for suggesting though,

I can believe such a vehicle made by Audi drives like this.

Yeah, that is amazing. My only big complaint are some of the 1-2 shifts and also the 2-1 shifts. Pretty much everything else is good (I'll skip the complaint I have about the A/C, for now. )

If many mechanical concerns seem to have been ruled out, consider looking into a traction control or lane assist issue. In my experience, (granted it is limited) I just have never seen a significant pull that wasn't mostly constant or at least noticeable all the time, even if it varies in severity. Control arm and ball joint is more likely to give lesser pull or tracking issues and usually displays symptoms of steering lag, bumping or knuckling during turns, and uneven tire wear. "Pulling hard sometimes" indicates intermittent, and the mechanical failure of a control arm or ball joint is certainly not intermittent. It is certainly possible a control arm could give that type of pull, but it would not go away.
I hate you are having this issue! Hope it gets resolved! Keep us posted.... Good Luck!

Is it not under warranty? take it to a dealer. If they can't find go to another dealer. Tell them to keep the vehicle and do multiple test drives to diagnose it.

Hey fellow Q7 owners,

I think I found the cause of this problem,

I reset my steering assistance adaptations with OBDeleven in module -44 (Steering Assistance)

I did a reset of all steering adaption values, then the car prompted me to turn the steering wheel left and right which turned off the warning on the dash,

Car drives pretty straight now with no pulling,

Can't believe I drove 50,000km with this issue without fixing it until now,

Also the car is under warranty, it is just the dealerships do not care to fix my issues at all,

Well ain't that dandy. Now, I got nothing....
From all you have said, I still think the issue is in the assist. Hunting down stuff like this is always a PIA. Good luck friend. Keep us updated.

Do you have lane assist activated when this happens?
