Help, steering wheel heat quit
2018 prem +, my heated steering wheel quit heating this morning, low 20s outside. I checked the fuse, assuming the fuse location is correct, fuse good. Online manual says number 16 fuse, left side of dash, left fuse of the three horizontal fuses. Google search says do MMI reset but I hesitate to do it- had trouble with that in another Audi and don’t want to lose info. Any suggestions or guidance greatly appreciated.
