we orderded a 2017 Prestige with 21's, delivery should be within 2 weeks and Im cusious what everyones feedback is on the ride quality compared to the 20 inch 10 spoke wheels. no difference? too stiff?

We currently have a 2012 TDI S-Line with the 21's and my wife feels the ride is harsh and shes worried since I ordered the 21's for the new Q7 that it might be the same.

any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

The ride will be great from what you are coming from. I had a 2010 TDI with 21'' wheels and the ride was a bit rough also. Coming to the new 2017 was "a breathe of fresh air". We test drove a model with 20" which rode fantastic, but ending up with the 21" and we are thoroughly satisfied. I'm sure the 20" will ride just a bit nicer, but probably not by much.

I find my 21" wheels ride fantastic. I have the Adaptive Chassis so maybe the suspension soaks up any roughness

We have the Prestige/Black Optics with 21s and the standard suspension, and came from a Q7 P+ with the 20-inch wheels with the standard suspension that we took until our Prestige order came in. I think the ride quality on the 21s is better and smoother all around, which I attribute to the summer tires rather than the runflats. In any case, I don't think you or your wife will be disappointed.
