Default iPhone myAudi app lost contact with vehicle
the app does not show mileage and vehicle status anymore. It is said I need to activate service and link the primary user with the vehicle. Anybody know how to do that? I did try to log in on the vehicle with my pin, it is said service is currently available. Not sure what else to do. 19 Q7. Thanks.

Could be an outage with the Audi Connect service (it happen pretty frequently) go to this site and check your subscription status.. https://www.myaudiconnect.com/#/user/login

Thanks, I checked the service is active. When I refresh the app, got an error msg.

I deleted key user and added again. It works now.
