Default Massaging seats hissing sound

have a 2018 Prestige with the massaging seats. My wife noticed that when the mechanism comes near the upper end of the seat there is an audible hiss/rushing of Air sound. Kind of sounds like an Air bladder releasing for lack of a better description. Does anyone know if this is normal? Everything appears to be working, but we just started noticing the sound. Have had car about a month.

I do not have these seats but if they use air to inflate and deflate air bladders, it would not surprise me if it made a hissing noise.

That’s what I was thinking, but I believe there is actually a mechanical piece that does the massage as opposed to Air bladder. But hoping someone can confirm.

Usually when they start hissing - this means/hints you that they are unhappy about something... If you cannot guess rightly what this is all about, - flowers can help mighty or a bottle of Champagne, or even better - both.
Oops! Sorry just realized that the thread is about seats! Never mind.

Yes, they are ran on air pressure. Mine make no sounds at all.
