Hello, I purchased OBDeleven and Android application. The only problem was auto start disable works but stops working or resets once I turn the q7 off. The application shows it’s still deactivated. But the Q7 still shut down at a traffic light. I tried only using the application feature and not coding. Anyone having any issues disabling run start feature? Everything else I’ve tried in application has work with no issues. Thanks!

I don’t have a ODB but auto start/stop is disabled by leaving the air circulating on. Not sure why but every time I turn off my air, car goes Off at full stop

My 2018 Prestige auto shuts off with the a/c on. What’s up with that?

if you use the "sport" mode then NO Auto shuts off/start.

Understand the S mode shuts off auto start feature. But I was hoping the OBDEleven would fix this just with a setting. I did what I thought was correct by using auto start deactivate but it doesn’t keep it from activating each time. Other features work on the application fine. Just wondering if I’m doing something wrong. Thanks

Not sure about your method for dis-abling the Start\Stop, but here is what I used...

This tricks the system into never activating the start/stop as long as the HVAC system is not turned all the way off. If you do turn the HVAC all the way off, you will sometimes get a momentary engine stop and immediate restart. But who ever turns the HVAC all the way off these days?

So just to clarify, is the A/C comfort parameter the only thing that needs to be changed in order to permanently disable the auto start/stop feature?
