Lots of fun on long road trips. we've done a few now and its just fun to drive. The power is just buttery smooth and quiet. I've had some adult friends in the back that just fell asleep for 2 hours. They loved the large moonroof. I would love to sit in the back some day, but alas, I'm always the F*****G driver!

Btw, I just did a long road trip in a rental mid-sized Mitsubishi SUV, and it gave me 26mpg the whole way. The Q gives me 25-26mpg on these sorts of trips and is 100x more fun and luxurious!

That's awesome! The wife and I are too anxious! Since I live in Germany, we were definitely going to take it on some European road trips.

I tracked mine from the plant to Emden, then on the Adriatic Highway to Davisville, and finally by truck to MD.
Hey, how long after it arrived in RI did you actually receive notice that it would be at dealer or, when did it actually get to MD dealer? I am in MD also... my A7 is at Davisville now I think. Jared

I'm in MD, but picked up my Q in NJ. If I recall, I picked it up exactly a week from when it arrived at port, and then drove it to MD. So MD delivery should be the same as NJ
