Ouch, that hurts me too.. Sorry to see this, from the pic it looks like a body shop will be able to take care of that pretty quick..

I'd start by polishing it. It looks like the white is paint transfer from whatever you rubbed it against, and it's not down to the primer. It's worth the 20 min of elbow grease to see what's underneath.

me too.. she sent me the picture the instant it happened and couldnt help laughing at the look on my daughter.
the scratch hurts but.. what the heck, if you use it it will wear and tear.
my wife was parking in the garage, curve short, scraped it. will try the elbow grease first. i think i shall have some improvement.
she drives it every day, now buying a new one for her ! white this time, so scrapes are not that visible.. hahahaa ;-)
