my '17 Q7 is having a problem while re-fueling at gas stations. The car triggers the gas nozzle cut-off sensors too quickly, once i (or gas attendant) begins to press the gas nozzle trigger, in about 2 secs the gas cuts off as if the tank is full. we have tried to press the gas trigger many times and it only works when the nozzle is upside down.

i have tried this in different gas stations in different states.

this happens maybe 75% of the time.

anyone have input?
