Is the seat supposed to go back when I open the door?
When I open the door, the wheel moves upward, but the seat never moves. Even though I am tall, it isn't set to be all the way back. I'm the primary driver, and my settings are stored in the number 1 position.
Is the seat supposed to move back, when I open the door? And move to my preset position when I push the Start button?

With all the features in the Prestige, I figured there must be something wrong, that my seat doesn't move back when I exit, and adjust when I hit the ignition, since the system knows I'm the "#1" driver.

Dave, I can't answer you questions about the seat sliding back. Mine doesn't which is how I like it. I haven't looked in the manual to see if sliding seats on exit is an option in my vehicle.
But, to your point about "my seat doesn't ... adjust when I hit the ignition, since the system knows I'm the #1 driver"
I was surprised to find that in my 2019 Audi, the seat settings & mirror settings, etc, are associated with my key, but only after I get out of the car, close the door, and press the LOCK button on my remote. Pressing the 'lock' causes the car to remember and associate current settings with my key. I don't know if your 2020 works the same or not, but you may want to give it a try.

The seat memory system is actually pretty crappy. You have to hold the button down the entire time until it finishes positioning the seat.
My old Toyota Highlander didn’t require that.

That is by design. It is to prevent a large or tall person from being jammed up against the steering wheel if the wrong button is pressed. Holding it the entire time it moves the seat into position provides control over the process (if the door is closed). If the door is open, you should see the seat move into it's correct position with just a momentary push of your preset button.
