It's four services. If you only need service once a year, then it's four years. If you drive 40,000 miles per year, then it's one year.

Now I'm gonna have to check my paperwork I thought it was 5 services. (and although I think they recommend an annual service it is just based on mileage too, so it could get used up in 6 months or 6 years depending on how much you drive)

It's five services only if you count the already free 1st service at 10K. The Audi Care plan (paid) covers the 20k, 30k, 40k, and 50k services. Here's the reference:

After driving the Q5 and then getting the 7 back, I can say that the Q5 suspension is a lot more compliant. With the 7 you really get the road feel or every bump. Or maybe the Q5 only had 100 miles on it?

My Q7 has air suspension, which I like much more than the Q5 I'm driving right now. However, the Q5 is quite nice.

I agree, the Q5 is comfortable and due to its (smaller) size, the 2.0 is mated pretty well to it.

I just had 60k stuck in my head, at some point I must have flipped it from 'first service I need to pay for' to 'last service I paid for'. Because I guess since Audicare covers your 50k service it covers you though ~60k miles.

I'm assuming your Q7 has runflats, and did the Q5 have runflats or traditional tires?

Our Q7 has runflats and my Allroad has traditional tires, and while the Q is in another level in regards to refinement and being quiet the allroad absorbs bumps and road imperfections much better. IMO it has to do with those horrible runflats..
