Test drove Premium plus with the boat
So today I was able to test drive a Q7 and tow my boat. I was suprized in the fact that the rear end only squatted 1" with my rig fully loaded with a full tank of gas. I estimate it coming in just shy of 5,000lbs. The front end did raise up a bit and I'm hoping this would not be a problem at night (blinding people on the road)
The Q7 towed very well however I'm still struggling to decide if the adaptive chassis is worth it. I plan on owing this vehicle for awhile and kind of nervous about expensive air suspension issues down the road. I will definetly be needing some towing mirrors. Anyways just wanted share my experience and post some pics.

I just pulled my boat for the first time today. It weighs 7000 pounds with the trailer. Surprisingly,It pulls much better than my 2011 Yukon XL - and I can't believe I am saying that.
In fact, when just going down the highway, you really can forget your towing - that was never the case with the Yukon. I have the air suspension, so there was no rear squat.
