Default vehicle pulls to the right

dear owners,

I have a 2018 Q7,

The car steering wheel moves by 5 degrees to the right, and it seems to stay there, even if it pull it left to make it straight, as soon as i let go, the steering moves back 5 degrees to the right, and the car travels that way also,

the only accident the car as been in is a minor rear end collision where a guy rear ended the rear right side of the vehicle, only left a few small scratches,

Had two alignments done, and checked alignment more than 3 times, car as 23,000km now,

The problem is intermittent,

cannot seem to solve this issue,

IT seems the car has a flat tire, but when i check the pressure, it is all to specification,

the car drives as if the right front tire is flat,

May caster is off? or loose inner tie rod? These are some explanations google recommended,

also is it possible this is caused by manufacturer faulty build, the car seems to be lower on the right side and the car kind of tilts to the front right side a bit, not noticeable at a glance, but looking very closely and measuring the car is definitely slanted a bit to the right,

ALSO terrible tire wear on front Tires ONLY, seems like edges of tire trim is getting eaten off

Rear tires seem like new, edges are perfectly SHARP ALL THE WAY AROUND,

please help, been to several dealerships more than 10 times they seem to neglect the issue,

I cant keep driving the car with slanted steering everyday, it was a brand new purchase from Audi Vancouver,

they did nothing, because they found no faults on road test,

they cannot find the issue,

is it likely the springs?

If the vehicle is sitting lower on one corner, it could be a few different variables, but without obvious signs it gets a bit complicated. You will need to start pulling components and it gets expensive and time consuming, that's why the dealer doesn't want to do it. It could be the springs (it wouldn't be the first time when the spring installed was physically shorter than the other one), it could be struts, it could be bushings, or anything else that we can guess. This situation requires in person investigation. The best advice I can give you, find a reputable Audi shop (not dealer, enthusiasts is the best) in your area and have them take a look - they will be the best source of information.
