Default Ventilated seats, cold weather package?

I have a question, Audi Q7 seats are not perforated, if they dont have either a cold or ventilated package.
my question use does it make a diference to having perforated seats to just regular seats.? I Mean does it get warm and sweaty with out those tiny holes?.
Anyone here has just regular seats and care to comment about your experience?.

THANK YOU

Thank you.

I have the warm weather package, so I can't say for sure, but I'd bet that the perforations by themselves do little. However, the active ventilation is a game changer.

Agreed - love both the heated seats and the AC seats.
