Yes. What happened in my A4 was the same as your photos. I think in my case though, it had something to do with the Audi interface clashing with my wife’s iPhone OS. It happened ONLY when her phone was connected to play music. Never happened when mine was since mine isn’t an iPhone. But it resolved after she got her OS updated and hasn’t happened since. Or maybe it’s because I don’t connect her phone to my car anymore. Not sure.

A few days ago, the MMI in my SQ5 rebooted randomly but the VC was fine. So that could be a different issue.

Edit: I notice you’re playing music off of a Bluetooth connection. Is yours an IPhone?

Yes, I have the iPhone. As a side note, it only happens when I have the gauges minimized and the song displayed as you see in the picture. Otherwise it’s fine. My MMI has not rebooted yet. Software glitch for sure.

yea coming to think of it, I think mine was in the small gauge mode too. It happened like 4-5 times. I never took it in because I asked in the A4 or some other forum and someone said they noticed it with the iPhone and said it was probably an Apple-Audi silent war Since I’m an android fan, I stopped pairing my wife’s phone and it has worked flawlessly ever since.

it just happened to me very unnerving at 90mph... then cruise control didn’t work until I stopped car turned off and started up again.
** Surely if a valid problem like this persists then it’s ok to revive, no?
anyone got any ideas? Resolutions from dealers? 2017 car with 11,000 miles by the way
