We've had a PremiumPlus loaner this past week It's pretty loaded up while my '15 is getting some work done. If buying new, I would absolutely do it for the surround view camera alone. We had it on our previous SUV and it is the one thing we both missed the most on our new Q7.
The fact you can so everything in the gauge cluster with it is really nice once you get used to it. That way I can drop the center screen into the dash and still have access to everything. What I've been doing is leaving the center screen on CarPlay and hiding it.

Every time I back out in my 2014 I "wish" I were in the 2017. The top view camera is awesome, and honestly, I really enjoy having the navigation in the console instead of the dash screen, nice to have the radio/carplay/music access there while keeping on the maps/traffic in front of me.
Plus, if you're buying, I suspect this will be a feature someone will want on resale. If leasing, then maybe doesn't matter as much.

It depends on whether you want a luxury Q7 or just a Q7. When spending that much money, get the real thing with everything on it then there are no regrets in 4 years when every Hyundai has all of the options that you chose for an average Q7. Prestige with everything keeps the car current for years longer than an average version.
