I got the email that my Q7 is on the way to the port of Emden. Shipping out by the 30th and an ETA of 10/1 at the dealer....seems like a long wait

My 2018 Prestige Q7 was entered into the system on 6/13 and the original production week was week 39 which was the end of September. Recently I asked my sales guy to provide me the latest ordering sheet and it indicated now with a production week of 9/11 and should be at Emden port on 9/24. The ETA for arriving at Davisville, RI is 10/11 with a dealer date of 10/13. Hopefully I will be getting my car soon.

Your car is likely on Columbia Highway that is now waiting to pull into Emden. Last expected to load Aug 25/26 and arrive in RI Sept 7. My Q7 may be on the same ship going to Houston. It completed production on Aug 11.

I placed my order on 6/26 and my build week was supposed to be last week. Did you get an e-mail from the dealer or Audi USA that your Q7 had shipped? I received an initial build sheet in June and an updated build sheet a few weeks ago, both from dealer.

I did not get an email that it went into actual production. I got the first email that the process had started then nothing until it was on the way to the port in Germany which I got yesterday.

3. Your car is finished production and on the way to the Port of Emden.
