For many years I have been buying windshield shades from Heatshield, a local company. They cut them to fit upon order, and ship to your home. https://www.heatshieldstore.com/ I highly recommend them.

The system had no trouble keeping up with 100-106 degree heat today while driving around town for over an hour. Sun coming thru the side windows fries my bare legs--I gotta find a reputable glass and film installer to get the side windows and pano roof glass covered with heat-rejection film.
[EDIT] I don't think the temp readings were accurate. It was more like 99 to maybe 102, max. The cars' thermometer reads too high, always.
