Just put a light coating of black spray paint on them. I put a piece of tape over the transponder number if I ever need to peel it back.

works fine.
I know a lot of people who have done that. You can also put a tint strip dark enough on the top portion of your windshield so the transponder is much less noticeable.

That is actually pretty slick. A rip off for $15 but it is kinda worth it to not look at it in the windshield all the time...

Agreed. You dont see it at all unless you stare at the windshield from a few feet away. What's $15.00 on a $70k vehicle, ya know?
