Default What is this? What does it do?
Red light? Sensor? I looked through the manual and can't seem to find anything, did I miss it?

Blinks when your security system activates.
Don't feel bad, for the life of me I can't find it either - at least not under "security", "alarm", or "locking"

Is this only on the driver's door or on all 4? I'm asking because some manufacturers are using this as some kind of 'door pin replacement', lighting up temporarily as verification that the doors have been locked. I have 4 of them on my Lincoln MKZ - one on each door.

This is from an MKX. You can see it on the left side:

I can say I've only noticed it on the drivers door, I'll have to look when I get out of work.
