With all thie "NLA" talk going on.....
....I thought I would report a part that was actually available. I ordered the "double grommet" for the firewall that the two heater core hoses pass through (part number 861-819-699-A) and fully expected it to be NLA. It just struck me as one of those parts Audi would see fit to get rid of for us, but it was still available and reasonably priced too!

Looks like it was $4.54 @ BusDepot. Wonder if it cross onto a VW, hence why it's still around?
