alternator not charging battery.....
I checked the brushes out..they look good. I repaired the connection on the small wire on the back of the alternator...it worked when i took the car apart last Nov. At first, the idiot lights were staying on after startup. Now, after pulling the brushes out, they stay off! They never even come on. Is it possilble that I hooked a small wire to the starter that should be hooked to the alternator and vic-versa?
