Just went PU/deltin with Blaus on-line savings, Will let you know, be sure to lube if you go that way! While the originals "lasted" 25 years, I expect to last my lifetime!

So I'm thinking even though I'm really old, I'd like to keep my teeth in my head for a few more years. Has anyone that actually drives their car over a set of RR tracks on a daily driver actually done any of this 034 EFI stuff?

Aluminum Subframe bushings;

Default Planning on the 034 Delrin A-Arm bushings and Aluminum Subframe bushings in my CGT

Have Mance mounts ready to go in as well so should be a pretty solid ride with my 2B coilovers.

My passengers are going to hate me

I made my own Delran bushings about four years ago for the A Arms and I didn't notice a big difference in stiffness I think it rides prety smooth!

I have also made a set for steering tie rods too but have not put them in yet.
It sure is nice having a mini Lathe and Mill handy in the garage!

Default Current A-arm and subframe bushings are 5 yrs old

Subframe is probably fine, not sure about A-arms though...

Default would you be willing to make more of the tie rod bushings?

I'm aiming for no rubber in my suspension. So far I'm down to swaybar, subframe, and strut mounts on my CGT.

Default Poly's the medium between rubber and delrin

I've never found poly to be hard, just feels a bit tighter.
