Has anyone used Ground Control coil-overs?
I am contemplating putting coil-overs on my 83'. I was wondering if anyone has any experience using the Ground Control setup? They have a system for the 4000 that I am pretty sure will work. I am just not sure if the spring rates will differ. I am looking for something that will be OK for track days, but not be to stiff on the street. I have some Boge Turbogas shocks that I put in two years ago, but I am not sure if they will be stiff enough if I go to a stiffer spring. GC seems to have a different # for the Bose and Bilstein compatible units. Any thoughts? Thanks

You might want to call Keith Anderson at Anderson Motorsport(KAR).
He built some for his Erk using some OEM CQ parts, I believe, which might fit the bill nicely for you. I plan to do this at some point. He tracks his car a lot as well.

2Bennett uses the GroundControl parts.
I've got the 2Bennett "coil program" suspension which uses Ground Control's collars and springs. I got to pick my spring rates and had Bilstien custom valve shocks for me. It ended up very firm with 325/375 f/r which rocks on track and rots on streets.
