the local dealership here (Roger Beasley Audi) is very cool about car club involvement.

They will start construction of their Tier1 dealership later this year and be ready for move in sometime early next year. At that time I'll have the car 100% show ready. That plan is along way off.

The local Lone Star QC chapter and I will be working some ACNA info into the upcoming Texas State Meet in August. There will be about 5 urquattros at that show! Doesn't seem like alot, but thats about 100% of those in Texas that run. :-)

Right now, I'm talking to a guy in California about mass ordering some laser cut brushed aluminum Audi letters and Logos for use in the trophies. These are the same letters that he uses on his license plate covers.

I'm getting some bullet mirrors from England from a guy there who has three works quattros. One A2 group B car and two Group 4 cars. He was just about to buy my car from Bruno, but I beat him to the purchase by a few hours...

Here's a few shots of John's A2 Quattro over in the UK. BTW, he took a major role in the restoration of the A1 car currently on show at Ingolstadt. The A2 car there is a shell built with leftover parts. It doesn't have the guts on the inside. Look closely.. The decal set on the A1 car can be purchased for about 350 UK pounds if anyone is interested. Thats about 500 dollars US. but its every sticker on the car from the Lombard rally sticker to the Mikkola's blood type in 100% accuracy.
