Local meet today, local owner brought out his beautiful '83 Ur-quattro
I think this car is a great example of an Ur-quattro. Mars red, compressed bumpers, updated grille, and overall in great shape. I took many pics of this car with mine and others, but I think these few showcase the Original quattro very well.

I wonder about that. My urq has Hella H1/H4 quad set up and is SUPER bright! I'm not sure if they are stock or if the PO did them. There is a relay involved in the wiring, so maybe he did do the upgrade. I have heard the stock quad set up is kinda dim, but my stock 4kq lights aren't all that either.

My car.I didn't care for the quads & the flat grill when I got it ten years ago. 4k grill & lights were free & direct replacement,'cept for the wiring. I don't drive it at night or in the rain so the sorry illumination doesn't matter.
