What Turbo to buy for Stock wx engine ?
Im looking at upgrading my turbo and would like some input from guys who have already done this...
I purchased a larger Front Mount Intercooler 0n ebay and thought since I was upgrading the cooler it would be a good time to upgrade the turbo...
I also plan to upgrade to a 3 inch exhaust and a new downpipe...

k24 is the best match for the WX IMO/E

Before you can go much beyond the k24, you need more fuel, at which point the WX CIS becomes the limiting factor. A massively tweeked WX CIS can support maybe 300hp max. The slippery slope begins....

I've done 6 or so k24 conversions to the WX. Bob D's car has one of the sport k24's on his now. My 83 has the euro head/cam and euro fuel distributor, and runs 21psi overboost, 18 constant. I've run 0-60 times in under 6 seconds with it. It has a massive hit of torque, and does well with an intercooler upgrade.
