Whats the Difference from Coupe GT (Frame) to Quattro (Frame)
Whats the difference from the Quattro to Coupe GT. Why do you have to cut the whole floor out of the Coupe GT to make it 4WD? It seems like Audi made a place to run a driveshaft to the rear-end and there seems like there is plenty of room to convert the rear to 4WD. But in general it seems like the Coupe GT was made to be Compatible with the Quattro

The differene is
The only parts of the floor that are the same are the portions directly under the seats towards the rocker panel and sheetmetal under the rear seats only (does not include area under the tank).
Detailed pics of the quattro floor are at:
http://www.quattro.ca/Arnold/Arnold.htm
Hope this helps.

maybe you are thinking of the "coupe quattro" with the "coupe GT" ?
One is a 4WD, the other is a FWD.
But if you are thinking about the CQ vs urquattro, there seems to be the same chassislayout, but I do beloeve the urquattro is fully seemwelded, and the CQ is not.
