Will V8 15" ET35 8" rims fit?

Aren't the V8 BBS wheels the same as the 200 20V BBS wheels?
If so, they are 15 x 7.5 ET35, not 15 x 8.
If your 83 has not had its fenders rolled, it will need to if the car is at all lowered.
I say this because my 83 on H&Rs and 17 x 7.5 ET40 rubbed in front on the lip at high steering angles, and in the rear on both the rear valance (early style narrow) and the fender lip on big bumps.
And I have 5mm more clearance than you would.

Remember that there is a difference between pre-84 and 84-up fenders and rear valances. Pre-84 fender lips are not rolled flat, and they also have the narrower rear bumper valance.
Of course a 15x7.5 ET35 will fit if the stock setup is 15x8 ET24, which is the case for 84-up urqs.
A 15x7.5 ET35 will stick out more than a stock 15x7 ET45 Fuchs by a little over 15mm.
