Default I've used them a couple of times...
good for older Audi stuff, not sure about the new stuff. I seem to remember someone with a TT had mixed feelings with them - seem to recall that it was the first TT they had done major work on...

Default I am and they are awesome, highly recommended...
never had any repair work done there yet, but that's where I go to get all my maint done. Very friendly people and they seem to have the best rates I have found anywhere. They did my 40k maint for a fraction of the cost of any other shop in town. I've been a devoted customer ever since.
