Belly Pan for the A4 - Yes the cheap W8 Passat belly pan is a direct replacement
the Part number is: 3B7 825 235 A
as you can see has couple of more vent holes. It also comes with three bolts/screws for fastening the rear of the pan. Cost is ~US$64 minus any club discounts.

I have tons of ventilation with my high-flow phantom belly pan!
Good find - I'll be picking up one of the W8 pans as a replacement for mine.
