HUGE props to Trevor & the gang at 3zero3 for saving my A$$, and saving me $$$
A few weeks ago my P-steering pump went out. I was in a bind and about 1 mile from the dealer and made the fatal mistake of taking it to there. After the dealer replaced the p-steering pump under my ext warranty, they called back to tell me a P-steering line (non-warranty item) was the initial problem and it'd cost me $650+ to replace it. I picked it up, drove it to Trevor and they fixed it (thanks Colin). After fixing it they discovered that someone must have overlooked the metal shavings, destroying my steering rack (another $1,700+). Trevor got on phone and worked his people-skills and the ext warranty (CNA) covered that, the rental, and a few other miscellaneous items. All-in-all Trevor saved me well over $1,000 AND my car was completely clean when I got it back (Thanks Robert). Well, it's time to go drive...

I have some thoughts, anyone else want to chime in?
The most important thing they offer is trust. I've known Trevor and Scott since I move to Colorado in 2005. I've also owned three Audis since then and brought them all to 3zero3. They don't cut corners, they honor their work, they seem more like friends/family then a repair shop, and they don't give you that BS sales-pitch that the dealer gives. The only issue I've run into is the wait times. They have a large customer base and sometimes they take a little longer than usual. I'm speaking as both a friend and consumer always trying to get the best deal.

Which dealer did you take it to initially? Stammler, Prestige, McDonald, Other?
I had a problem at Prestige where they re-installed my exhaust after doing some under body work. They did not hang the exhaust correctly and I ended up burning my fuel evap line as a result...
I was willing to give them a second chance since no long term damage was done; but if you say they made a large mistake on yor car as well - I'll reconsider ever returning there..
