After seeing Kaleb's setup and results, I was inspired to go ahead and work with Avalon on some more hardware changes and their custom Altituned software. Got my exhaust manifolds ceramic coated, downpipes, charge pipes (up pipes are wrapped), and inlets heat wrapped and rebuilt the turbos (K04 hybrids).

The tune isn't as aggressive as Kaleb's setup (plus he has some add'l mods that I don't have), but still yields some pretty good results. The logging was done in 55 degree weather. I'm sure on a cold ~30 degree night, I could see 3.3 or 3.4 FATS. Compared to the previous FATS of 4.0 from the previous custom Avalon Altituned tune, and 4.55 FATS from the AWE OTS tune, this is a very nice improvement. For those of you that are looking for a cheaper alternative than RS6 turbos, going the hybrid route is a great option.
