I've heard some mixed reviews on this one. I am especially curious if anyone has tried one of these UrS4 valves at Colorado altitude?

Default Actually, I was asking about the N75, not the BPV...

The N75 controls wastegate operation via a signal sent from the ECU- The 'Race' termed N75 is supposedly the same valve found on the Ur '92-'96(?) S4/S6 like Cody Payne's. This version of the N75 supposedly adds a few more HP to the newer cars by changing the normal operating parameters of our stock N75's found in 1.8T, 2.7T motors (i.e. delaying the speed in which the ECU's signals are received and interpreted). This in turn will provide a few more lbs of boost, along with smoothing out acceleration and providing better throttle response. I was curious if anyone up at this altitude had tried one yet, and what their effects are since the 'Race' N75 delays that signal the ECU sends to actuate the wastegate- I would think that the added boost due to a slower signal would = leaning out since the ECU *thinks* the wastegate is opening as 'normal' and not dialing in the proper fuel/spark/air timing to compensate for the extra boost.

Cheers,

R
