Default OT: Could anyone recommend a low-cost motorcycle repair facility....

that does decent work??? My 2003 Suzuki SV650 needs a new radiator and fan due to my crash last month, because it seems to be overheating. RPM motorsports is quoting me $1000 for total repairs. For that much I may just sell the bike and upgrade, because thats a 1/4 of what I paid for it. So any recommendations would be appreciated! TIA...
